How to report
This site cannot recover money. It can point to where reports are taken. Anyone who bought nodes can file. Filing is free.
- The FBI takes internet fraud reports at ic3.gov.
- The Securities and Exchange Commission takes tips and complaints at sec.gov/tcr.
- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission takes complaints at cftc.gov/complaint.
- The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions takes securities complaints at dfi.wa.gov. Its public face lives in Washington.
- State securities regulators elsewhere take complaints from their own residents.
A report is stronger with transaction links. Find your purchase on Solscan, a free public explorer for Solana, and include the link. Say how much was paid, when, and what was promised.
Expect recovery scams. Anyone who contacts a node buyer offering to get the money back for a fee, or asking for a wallet key, is running a second scam. No agency charges to take a report.
Before you send ID
Since September 17, 2026, TokenOS has asked customers to pass an identity check. It runs through an outside service. The first was Persona. On September 24, 2026, the account said the provider had changed and that anyone who had verified with Persona had to do it again. The terms on the TokenOS site now name the provider as Didit. Persona and Didit are independent companies and are not part of TokenOS. The concern here is TokenOS, not the provider. Three facts come first.
- The account said the check does not apply to pending payouts. The terms on its own site say existing customers are paid only after the check is complete.
- Before the provider step, the site's own form takes a full name, email, date of birth, location, Telegram username and wallet address. Those go to TokenOS itself, not to the provider. TokenOS is run by Tyler Gonty and Christopher Kuntz. In 2012 Washington State concluded that Gonty sold investments in violation of its anti-fraud law. See The 2012 order.
- The account said it receives only a pass or a fail. The same terms let TokenOS ask for tax forms, bank statements and credit reports.
The company asking has made no regular payouts since August 13, 2026. A customer who fills in the form hands those details to the same people. The quotes and the terms are set side by side on What the operator said.
This section was updated on October 5, 2026, after the provider changed.
