Entries marked See link to the page with the record behind them.

  1. 2006 to 2009Tyler Gonty raises more than $700,000 from more than 80 investors for an earlier company. Washington State later finds the offering broke its securities law. See The 2012 order.
  2. January 6, 2012Washington State enters a final order against Gonty. It orders him to stop violating the anti-fraud section of the state securities law.
  3. June 1, 2023A blockchain project co-founded by Christopher Kuntz launches. Its fees flow to one Ethereum account. That account later holds and trades TokenOS money. See Who runs it.
  4. March 2025Kuntz's LinkedIn profile dates his TokenOS role from this month. He lists the title Chief Technology and Information Security Officer.
  5. May 10, 2025The first operator account on Solana receives its first funds. They come from a Binance withdrawal. This account later creates the TokenOS treasury.
  6. December 16, 2025The TokenOS Telegram account offers "a full money back guarantee" on nodes bought during its alpha test. It says customers can join "with zero risk."
  7. December 29, 2025The same account states: "We do not own the hardware."
  8. January 12, 2026TokenOS announces its first 30-day payout. It reports a return of about 46% in 30 days, higher than the 27% to 40% it later promised.
  9. March 30, 2026An operator account creates and funds a new "customer" account. That account goes on to buy 67 nodes. See How the money moved.
  10. May 9, 2026A member asks what stops TokenOS from ending payouts once enough people have bought in, and likens the setup to a Ponzi scheme in which later money pays earlier buyers. The account says that is "always a risk" and that TokenOS is near a "$1M net surplus." The ledger shows what that was: purchases taken in exceeded payouts made by about $1 million, and that money was owed back to customers. See What the operator said.
  11. June and July 2026An operator account sells ETH for cash on a peer-to-peer exchange. Within a day, a similar amount of USDC reaches the treasury. The pattern repeats several times. No other money from outside TokenOS's customers and its own accounts was found reaching the treasury. The dates and amounts point to treasury money coming back dressed as new money. See How the money moved.
  12. July 11 and 14, 2026Around the July 12 payout day, about $514,000 returns to the treasury from the operator's own Ethereum accounts.
  13. August 10, 2026The account posts that putting "this flexible Superchip in your portfolio via our A²E engine guarantees maximized yield."
  14. August 12 and 13, 2026Payouts begin to fail on August 12. The last regular payouts go out on August 13, afternoon UTC.
  15. August 13 and 14, 2026The first operator account creates another new "customer" account. It deposits about $7,600 into the treasury the next day.
  16. August 15, 2026$10,000 leaves the treasury for the weekly payment account. This fixed payment had run about weekly since June.
  17. August 16, 2026About $25,000 is sent off Solana through a bridge. About $5,000 more leaves through a one-day account.
  18. August 18, 2026Asked if the team has real hardware, the account replies: "No, we do not have the hardware." It adds that the member's assumption of rented compute "was correct."
  19. August 20, 2026Asked why deposits are still open, the account replies that "compute contracts are still active."
  20. August 24, 2026Another $10,000 goes to the weekly payment account, 26 minutes after a new customer's purchase arrives.
  21. September 1, 2026The Ethereum reserve account sends about $8,800 to the weekly payment account. It sends $40,000 to one depositor.
  22. September 2, 2026A member advises varying wire amounts so bank software does not block them. The account replies: "That is the plan."
  23. September 14, 2026Asked how much money has been converted for payouts so far, the account replies: "In this fiasco, none yet."
  24. September 15, 2026The ledger shows no regular payouts since August 13. New payout dates have been announced and missed for five weeks. See What the operator said.
  25. September 16, 2026The account announces that node buyers must pass an identity check. It says the check applies to new purchases, "not the pending payouts."
  26. September 17, 2026New terms appear on the TokenOS site. They state that existing customers are paid only after identity checks are complete. The check goes live that evening. See Before you send ID.
  27. By September 19, 2026The TokenOS site has opened a public page offering a stake in the company: "$25M SAFE · $200M POST-MONEY CAP · 12.5%". The page states "$61.4M yield distributed". It does not mention that payouts stopped. See The investor raise.
  28. September 24, 2026The account states that the identity check has moved to a new provider. Customers who passed the first check are told to do it again.
  29. By October 5, 2026The offer page has been rewritten: "up to $40M", "Rule 506(c) / Regulation S", "verified investors only", with offering documents dated September 25, 2026. "Yield distributed" is now "service fees paid out". The figures are unchanged.
  30. By October 11, 2026A subscription portal has appeared at tokenos.ai/tsafe. It shows "$0 funded (0%)" and "HOLDERS 0 / 99". The account named to receive payments has never been used. No Form D is on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  31. October 19, 2026The last node sold, bought on September 18, passes its payout date. Every node ever sold is now overdue. Regular payouts have been stopped for 68 days.

  33. October 22, 2026The account announces it has "passed compliance checks" and is "approved for OTC desk access", with payouts to resume "early next week". The treasury receives nothing that day. See What the operator said.

The promised dates

Since payouts stopped, the TokenOS account has named a day for them at least 12 times. Some dates were for the payouts. Others were for the money that would fund them. Every one of the 12 has passed. The ledger shows no regular payout after any of them. The exact words, with links, are on What the operator said.

  1. August 15, 2026Payouts "will be caught up Monday/Tuesday." That meant August 17 or 18.
  2. August 22, 2026"Very confident for Monday." On that Monday, August 24, payouts were to resume "in the 2-5pm range this afternoon." They did not.
  3. August 31, 2026"Expecting payout resolutions tomorrow."
  4. September 2, 2026"Should be $1.75M by Friday." That meant September 4.
  5. September 4, 2026A wire would arrive the "next business day." Four days later the account wrote that it was "told it would be today and then it clearly wasn't."
  6. September 10, 2026"Tomorrow or Monday." On September 14 the account narrowed it to Monday afternoon, "between 3-5pm our time."
  7. September 28, 2026"Payouts will be starting sometime between the 30th and 3rd." That meant September 30 to October 3.
  8. October 3, 2026"Monday we onramp." That meant October 5. To onramp is to turn bank dollars into the dollar token used for payouts.
  9. October 9, 2026"Most likely is onramping occurs Tuesday." That meant October 13.
  10. October 22, 2026A formal announcement gave an "ETA for payouts to resume" of "early next week."
  11. October 26, 2026Payouts could "begin in the latter part of the day tomorrow."
  12. October 29, 2026"If it clears before 2pm today or tomorrow, then payouts will begin immediately." That window closed at 2 PM Pacific on Friday, October 30.
  13. October 30, 2026The newest date: "Monday is the max timeline." That means Monday, November 2. Asked that evening whether it was looking like Monday, the account answered "Yes."
